Health Harmon was inspired by a personal experience combining Western medicine and holistic practices for my father’s recovery. Seeing the synergy between both approaches led to the idea of a user-friendly platform integrating modern care with natural remedies.

We interviewed 12 individuals with varied health backgrounds and chronic conditions to understand their pain points. Their experiences shaped a design focused on empathy and clarity.

Users prioritize safety, especially in unfamiliar areas or when concerns related to personal security arise. Many user’s expressed safety concerns when parking in more urban downtown areas
Availability & Duration
Users desire real-time information on parking availability, including price and length of availability, to make informed decisions.
Cost
Parking decisions are influenced by factors such as the duration of the stay and cost considerations, with users preferring street parking or parking structures based on their needs.
Convenience
The convenience of parking options, including ease of access and proximity to the destination, plays a significant role in decision-making.
Metered Street Parking
The proximity of parking options to the final destination is a key factor considered by users when choosing parking.
Accessibility
Ease of getting in and out of a parking spot or facility, including the presence of ramps, elevators, or escalators, can be crucial, especially for individuals with mobility challenges.

Frustrated, Mia struggles to find clear parking information online.

Mia has a moment of realization. Apple Map’s had an update and she sees a parking icon.

Darcy uses the filters in Apple Maps Parking Mode to find available parking for doctor’s visit.

The next day, Darcy knew her parking options and find a parking spot in a safe and convenient street parking

Thanks to Apple Maps, Darcy can now attend her Doctor appointment stress-free.

Design Planning
We meticulously mapped each step of the user journey, from initial onboarding to advanced features, creating a frictionless flow that supports user goals at every stage without ever overwhelming the user.

Wireframe Approach
Quick lo-fi wireframes allowed us to test layout and content structure early on. Iterative feedback refined the designs into a more intuitive format.


Design Decisions with User Testing
A soothing color palette and subtle Neumorphic elements promote user comfort. Ongoing testing validated these choices, guiding final UI refinements.
